1. RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW
At Mamma Mia Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or order confirmation email)
- Completeness: All accessories, documentation, and bonus items that came with the product must be included
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food items, fresh products)
- Personal care items (cosmetics, beauty products, toiletries)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Gift cards or digital products
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
- Items without original tags or in damaged packaging caused by the customer
4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@globalitnewyork.com within 30 days of receiving your order with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Step 2: Wait for our customer service team to review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
Step 3: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging. Include the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Important: Do not ship items back without first receiving an RMA number. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customer's Responsibility:
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
- Globalit LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Our Responsibility:
- If we shipped the wrong item, or if the item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
6. INSPECTION AND PROCESSING
Once we receive your returned item:
- Our team will inspect the returned merchandise within 5-7 business days
- We will verify that the item meets our return eligibility criteria
- You will receive an email notification confirming whether your return has been approved or denied
- If denied, we will explain the reason and, if possible, return the item to you at your expense
7. REFUNDS
Approved Returns:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after approval
- Your financial institution may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit to your account
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Refund Amount:
- The refund will include the purchase price of the returned item(s)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items showing obvious signs of use or wear
- Items not in original condition or with missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
8. EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:
Option 1: Return the original item for a refund (following the return process above) and place a new order for the desired item.

9. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Step 2: Provide the following:
- Order number
- Clear photos showing the defect or damage
- Detailed description of the issue
Step 3: We will review your claim and, if approved:
- Send a replacement item at no additional cost, OR
- Issue a full refund (including original shipping costs), OR
- Offer store credit for a future purchase
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
10. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe:

- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to officially post)
- Contact your bank (processing times vary)

11. CANCELLED ORDERS
Before Shipment:

- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- You may refuse delivery or follow the standard return process once the item is delivered
12. RESTOCKING FEE
Globalit LLC does not charge restocking fees for standard returns that meet our eligibility criteria. However, custom or special-order items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% if returned.
13. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international orders:
- The same return policy applies
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs or import duties
- We recommend using a trackable international shipping service
- Processing times may be longer due to customs clearance
14. SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance:
